Domaine De Valensac

The Domaine de Valensac is a family property, which belongs to the Mention family. With activities in the North of France, the management of the Domaine has been entrusted to Edwige Thuillé since 2004. This 49-hectare property located only ten kilometres from the Mediterranean, in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, benefits from the influence of the sea and cool soils, ideal conditions for the production of balanced white wines. The Domaine de Valensac grows grape varieties that are classic for this region such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and also grape varieties that are much more unlikely in Languedoc such as Albarino, Petit Manseng, Riesling or Petit Verdot, which give the Domaine a real originality.
