Description;
From vineyards in Florensac, Languedoc, France, grown in soils with sandy top soil with clay/limestone sub soil. This wine is vinified using traditional and sulphur-free vatting with an average duration of 20 days. Extraction during vinification is mainly carried out using delestage to favour the soft tannins. The basic Syrah/Grenache blend was aged in French oak barrels for 11 months. The Merlot complements the whole to bring elegance and finesse. The 2021 vintage is composed of 35% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir, 25% Merlot and 10% Alicante Bouschet. The wine is designated Pays d’Oc IGP.
Production: 7,200 bottles and 750 Magnums.

Pairs well with steaks and lamb and its a treat with a Lozère lamb pastilla or duck breast.
