Description;
5 Ha of 27 year old vineyards located in Florensac, Languedoc, France. The training/pruning is guyot and the cultivation method is sustainable with grassing and ploughing in alternating rows. A gentle pneumatic pressing is used before a relative short fermentation period of only 9 days at a maximum of 22°C to favour fruit aromas and silky tannins. The wine is designated Pays d’Oc IGP.
