Description:

Disfrutand0,0 is the result of a very thorough de-alcoholisation process at a new facility that was specifically designed for this process within our own winery. Made from Verdejo grapes, it was crafted with the goal of making a quality white wine, which retains its original character. Vinification, de-alcoholisation and storage in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Citrus scents with a twist of lime and white flowers. Dry floral finishing with a hint of jasmine. A service temperature of 6 ºC is recommended in order to enjoy all its flavour.

Ideal pairing for fish, seafood, salads, pasta, rice dishes, and cheeses.
