Description:
The Altesino Bianco is made from Chardonnay, Vermentino and Viognier grapes. Following maceration and fermentation the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months before being bottled.
Tasting Notes:
The wine is brilliant in colour with greenish reflections. Young, intense, dry with good harmony. Olfactory notes are reminiscent of spring flowers.
Food Pairings:
Fish based dishes and great as aperitif.
