Description;
The Offida Passerina D.O.C.G. is made from 100% Passerina grapes. The vineyards are located in Ripatransone at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The soil is mainly limestone. The vines are trained in the Guyot system. The grapes are manually harvested and following the pressing and alcoholic fermentation the wine is aged in stainless stell before being bottled. The wine should be consumed young, usually no later than in the second year of its life.
Tasting Notes;
Straw-yellow colour, golden reflections. Plays on the tones of herbs and white peach fused in a gritty pleasure. The wine has a good acidity and persistence in the mouth.
Food pairing;
Ideal both as an aperitif and as a meal.
